- After customer place order by online, our admin will contact you within 1-2 working days to confirm the order and make delivery appointment.
- KIOSK delivery team will contact customer again within 4-5 working days before delivery appointment date.
"In this process, customer could change appointment if not available."
- One working days before delivery date, KIOSK delivery team will contact customer again to reconfirm to remind and avoid any mistake.
"In this process, customer could not change appointment. But if customer have any necessary issue, KIOSK need to put the order on new queue." 4. Waiting for delivery on appointment date.
